Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis Ambience, Havas Worldwide, DDB Mudra and JWT are some of the agencies he's worked with. Some of the brands he’s worked on are Fevicol, Dr. Fixit, Cadbury 5 Star, Nerolac, Skoda, Lenskart.com, Urban Company and Havmor Ice cream. His work has won various awards including at the Clio awards, YoungGuns, Abbies and Effies. His last full-time stint was as the Executive Creative Director of Havas Worldwide where he headed the creative department of their Mumbai office.

Pradeep is a writer, thinker, storyteller and a problem-solver. Starting out as a trainee, Pradeep’s last stint was at Leo Burnett India as an Associate Executive Creative Director. During his advertising journey, Pradeep has worked on some of the biggest brands in India like HDFC Bank, Parachute, Anchor, Future Group and Dominos to name a few. His passion for creative problem solving and storytelling has helped him become one of India’s leading creative thinkers. His work has been recognized at various award shows like Cannes, Spikes and One show. When not solving problem for brands, Pradeep likes to keep himself busy with watching movies, taking care of his plants, writing and taking short naps, in no particular order.
